Booking & Payment

100% advance payment required to confirm booking.

Cancellation

10% fee once booking is confirmed.

50% refund if cancelled 3–4 days before check-in.

No refund within 48 hours or in case of no-show.

Note

Refunds (if any) within 7–10 business days.

Credit voucher may be issued for natural calamities or emergencies.

For any reason, if we cancel the event, you’ll interest free receive a full refund.

Maintain cleanliness, peace, and respect for nature.

Avoid littering or disturbing wildlife.

Ekyog and Ekaant are not liable for natural events or travel issues.

Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive mess (charges may apply).

Each cottage is unique; interiors may differ.
